Take some relaxation time from your busy, hectic schedule. Learn how to run long distances and increase your stamina and endurance. A BODY IN MOTION will give you more energy than you realize. Meditation of the soul, it allows your thought and worries to float away, and helps us deal with challenges with a more positive outlook.
