Sidewalk Runners
Learn to run long distances. Running is a great way to regularly engage in aerobic activity. It will give you the sense of freedom, reward and achievement. As well as learn how to run a 5K race. Discipline, confidence, self-esteem, concentrations and challenging oneself are all benefits of this program. RUNNING IS MEDITATION FOR THE SOUL!

Debbie is a National Running Coach as well as CPR/AED and First Aid Certified.
